1) Attend all County Commission Meetings and make yourself heard!

Sandoval County Commission Work Session for oil and gas ordinance - these proposed ordinances have been revised by the referenced Commissioner and will be on the agenda for review, discussion, and drafting: "Draft Ordinance" (Chapman), Baseline (Block), Citizens Working Group Science Team (Heil - with specifics incorporated from the Citizens Working Group OT).
No oral public comments will be taken. PLEASE SHOW UP ANYWAY TO BE INFORMED!
THERE MAY BE A POSSIBLE VOTE DURING THIS MEETING TO PUBLICLY POST ONE OF THESE ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ACTION ON NOVEMBER 29.
While the Citizens Working Group-Science Team ordinance, as amended during this meeting, came extremely close, it failed on the final vote, and therefore no ordinance was approved for publication at the November 1st meeting.

Sandoval County Commission work session #2 on oil and gas ordinance. (see November 1st above for reference.) No oral public comments will be taken on oil and gas.

November 15th - CANCELLED: No Commission meeting
November 29th, Thursday
Sandoval County Commission meeting for oil and gas ordinance discussion and possible vote on final ordinance.
Oral public comment on oil and gas will be taken.
Final Vote possible.
November 30th - Publish Nov 29 meeting outcome
December 13th - Oil and gas on the agenda is TBD.
